We offer complete transparency when it comes to Cancellation & Refund. Following are the clauses of Cancellation & Refund.
Your Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order or Booking within the traveling period or within mention date on ticket without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order or Booking is before the date of cancellation which is mention on your ticket or before the departure/journey.
Cancellations can be made online or offline through My booking section or by sending an email to us. A few bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific operator’s policy.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by: support@livingnet.in
We will initiate refund within 24 hours in your account and you will get credited in your account within 72 hours in the case of credit card and 7 working days n case of net-banking transactions. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such refund.
Conditions for Returns
The booking to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey.
- In case of direct cancellation through the operators, refunds will be given according to operators charges along with our service charge as below mentioned. After date of departure, we do not entertain any cancelation request.
- Refund against the cancellation of bus tickets will be credited directly in customers’ mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the bus operators.
- We will process the refund within 24 hours only after receiving it from the concerned operators
- We will process the refund only after getting the cancellation request/claim from the customer through my booking section or by writing an email to us.
- Due to the Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net-banking transactions.
Refund and Cancellation Charge
- For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more from the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 15% of the booking cost (if full paid) will be charged as the cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 25% of the booking cost will be charged as the cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done between 14 days to 2 days of the tour, 50% of the booking cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
- For cancellations done within 2 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
